I've had the great opportunity to meet Rachida for a project in Africa; Rachida has an outstanding knowledge of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Africa! She was a gold mine of information on digital innovations in Africa and women initiatives; she most definitely helped me reach out to the right people locally. Rachida has a deep understanding of local cultures and customs which is key to facilitating business development and networking. She is a strong woman with a sharp eye, very detail-oriented. She knows where to look for the right information and how to bring people onboard with her ideas. Rachida has a real positive can-do attitude, is very caring and loyal. Anyone who would want to work with her will be lucky to have Rachida in his/her team!

INCO.org is a nonprofit organization supporting individuals and entrepreneurs through training and acceleration programs in 34 countries. I was part of the team in San Francisco at CALSO: a California-based social enterprise that aims to preserve the environment and to break major barriers disadvantaged people face on their journeys to success. Whether these roadblocks are linked to the environment or to social issues such as problems accessing the job market or housing, CALSO aspires to empower individuals to reach their full potential. CALSO matches its strengths and capacity to California’s most pressing environmental and social needs, creating models that promote economic sustainability and long-term positive social impact. In coordination with the Business Development Director: • On-going support of the fundraising efforts to develop a free-of-charge & certified training program (Drones&Good) that provides unemployed veterans with job opportunities in the civilian drone industry; • Implementation and coordination of the 3-month accelerator program - TARMAC SF - dedicated to early-stage startups with strong social impact, in partnership with the coworking space Parisoma; • Instrumental in the communication about the call for application of the "Woman Entrepreneur of the Year Award" and the identification of potential laureates in the US. Created by INCO.org, the "Woman Entrepreneur of the Year Award" is an international award supporting women entrepreneurs across the world who aspire to tackle major social and environmental issues in their communities. This year, 10 countries will take part in the initiative :France, USA, UK, New Zealand, South Korea, South Africa, Tunisia, Spain, Italy, Rwanda; • Online communication and community management around CALSO, INCO.org, TARMAC SF and the launch of the accelerator program TARMAC TX: a free 9-month acceleration program based in Austin that fosters technology solutions addressing social and environmental issues.
