I've met Rachid in 2009 while he was involved in the Accounting processes of Merck in Morocco, employed as Accounting Manager. I was impressed about the high level of accounting / reporting and system knowledge and broad experience he was having. We worked together in a couple of projects involving Algeria and Morocco. He successfully supported new members of the Algerian accounting team to get up to speed on company processes and accounting policies. Later in 2010-2011, I worked with Rachid in his following role as Finance Director for the Moroccan Merck subsidiary. He has successfully prepared and led the local team for the SP-MSD Legal Entity Integration process. From 2011 we've worked together in various Integration projects for the region where he successully took the lead for the African region.
