I worked with Rachel as a fellow contractor at Medvec & Associates for almost a year. In this period of time, I was impressed with her initiative, willingness to take on challenges for the success of the project at hand and for the greater good of the tight-knit team, and friendly, honest, and straightforward workplace demeanor. I have been most struck by her willingness to go above and beyond to accomplish needed tasks, even amid rapidly changing and uncertain circumstances. A poignant example of her initiative is the fact that she spearheaded the conversion of our firm's negotiation and decision-making training offerings from a predominantly in-person format to a virtual format within a matter of days in March, when it became clear that COVID would require that we change almost every aspect of how we operate to serve clients. She had a heavy hand in developing the virtual formats that we continue to use and hone, and has astounded me with her talent as a liaison in helping both our internal team and clients achieve high-ROI, directly applied sessions. She has spent much time and demonstrated commendable flexibility in ensuring that our new virtual offerings deliver great value in spite of the challenges of this time. Beyond all of this, she is a caring and friendly colleague who has offered invaluable advice and help to me in both professional and personal arenas. She is a most valuable asset to any organization needing someone with her varied skillset and impressive experience.

She is very dedicated to the Buffalo startup community and is incredibly supportive. She is passionate about her work and I would enthusiastically recommend her for any position.
