I set up the student society at the University of Manchester for the Howard League for Penal Reform. I spoke with fellow Law students and set up a committee with the focus of raising awareness and funds for the charity. We had regular meets with an employee at the Howard League to discuss our progress and how we could develop further. Highlights include raising the highest amount from a single event in our first year for any Howard League student group.
