My job duties include running daily reports, vacancy-inventory control; meeting, greeting and scheduling tours for our Prospects. Determining rental & fee amounts, what would suite each Prospect in particular by learning to quickly read people. My job duties included managing all preventative and reactive maintenance work-orders on any of the machinery for 3 different plants. I dealt with Kronos, recording and double checking all maintenance technicians' collective weekly hours. I sorted individual technicians daily work packets for audits, and determine what needs to be returned, corrected, and account for how/much time they have proof for. I did weekly Direct Labor Reports for 5 different lines within one of our plants, which shows on a visual scale with pie charts, how much time is un/accounted with each individual technician. I also kept track of what parts and how many were used for which repair. I entered that into MP2, then sorted and filed all the different lines' work-orders to ensure when an audit is sent that they are able to find whatever documentation they need. Show less
