My job duties include running daily reports, vacancy-inventory control; meeting, greeting and scheduling tours for our Prospects. Determining rental & fee amounts, what would suite each Prospect in particular by learning to quickly read people. I also write rental leases & continue communication with the community through the entire staff on-sight as well as current residents with renewals & maintenance concerns. It's my responsibility to create a daily report of Prospect Demographics, Available Units & Upcoming Available Units, a time-frame on those & how to ensure everyone who is on a pre-lease waiting list will have a home when they scheduled for. Positing & assigning payments for Prospects & current Residents, as well as cleaning each Model Unit daily and preparing the office for the upcoming day. Show less

My job duties included managing all preventative and reactive maintenance work-orders on any of the machinery for 3 different plants. I dealt with Kronos, recording and double checking all maintenance technicians' collective weekly hours. I sorted individual technicians daily work packets for audits, and determine what needs to be returned, corrected, and account for how/much time they have proof for. I did weekly Direct Labor Reports for 5 different lines within one of our plants, which shows on a visual scale with pie charts, how much time is un/accounted with each individual technician. I also kept track of what parts and how many were used for which repair. I entered that into MP2, then sorted and filed all the different lines' work-orders to ensure when an audit is sent that they are able to find whatever documentation they need. Show less

(Quality Control- June 2014 -- July 2015) My job duties included making sure our parts are up to our critical quality standards, starting and closing out blue tags and non-conformances; sorting chrome scrap, checking first pieces and running our 10% inspection for our car parts. I had to ensure that labels for our customers and packaging were correct for each individual customer. I also made sure all of our employees are following OSHA’s standards. I ensured that people were following process and that the parts will properly fit the vehicles by gauging the parts. (Machine Operator- March 2014 -- June 2014) My job duties included inspecting chrome car trim and grills, assembling the parts, knowing different machines and running those parts, and packaging the parts. Making sure everything is labeled correctly before being shipped to the customer, or building the packaging for customers if the part is a service car part. Show less

My job duties included scheduling appointments and greeting customers, while handling all financial and product transactions; cycle counting, recording and restocking inventory products and cash register; daily up-keep of both Hair and Nail Salons, and employee-only areas. I also served well as a calm and controlled "mediator" with the more enthusiastic customers.
