I consult with CROs, VPs, of Sales and Sales Enablement leaders all over the world to help them diagnose the root cause of their challenges related to: slow ramp times, missed revenue targets, lower than desired average sales price, inaccurate forecasting, sales turnover and long sales cycles. From there, we coauthor a strategy to address root cause with a combination of sales/leadership development and process improvement. In addition to consulting with our clients I train sales teams, trainers and frontline leaders on the principles of problem centric selling. As the Director of Sales at a small Software as a service startup, I am also involved in creating the outbound strategy, collaborating with marketing, building out the tech stack, business development, coaching new team members and driving revenue through personal branding.
