Solutions Limited was established in 2000 and were a boutique consultancy specialising in providing contract, temporary, permanent and executive recruitment solutions, mainly within the health and government sectors. Positions included senior project managers, business analysts, accountants, property & facilities, financial, administration and IT professionals. I worked on a project with the Director where we were recruiting a variety of senior contractors into Health Benefits Limited (HBL). Health Benefits was a Crown Entity to provide shared services to district health boards (DHBs) and prepared national programmes in partnership with the health sector to reduce finance, procurement, and supply chain costs for the district health boards (DHBs). I then transferred into Health Benefits Ltd where I contracted through Solutions Ltd for 12 months, supporting the Corporate/Finance team and recruiting within the Recruitment/HR team. At the conclusion of my Health Benefits Ltd contract, I returned to Solutions Ltd on a two year contract in a Senior Consulting role.From 1st of May 2015, Solutions Ltd was acquired by Project Plus Group, (executive contracting and management consulting specialists) which is a Wellington based Consultancy, under the umbrella of the Alpha Recruitment Group.
