Rachelle is an incredible practitioner and teacher. I have worked with her individually, as well as taking classes from her. She taught me to recognize habitual patterns of muscle tightness in my body. Then she introduced ways to change those patterns so that I could dance and walk without pain. Those lessons are priceless if you have lived with pain for a long time.
