I have worked with Rachel for the past 5+ years, and have been fortunate to have the opportunity to work more closely with her over the past 10 months as we have partnered on building a new tool/capability, called AIR, for Oracle Data Cloud. During this process, she has been integral in leading the design, development and deployment of this new capability and she has elegantly led a team of data scientists/developers to hit major milestones on the project by: · Facilitating clear documentation of project scope · Mapping out project timelines and dependencies · Setting clear expectations for her team · Identifying opportunities to integrate with other ODC systems and processes to increase efficiency and adoption · Managing the communication with stakeholders · Maintaining team morale through challenging attrition In addition to providing an extremely valuable contribution to our collaborative work, I have seen Rachel apply the same level of oversight and rigor to the other large projects that her team has worked on.
