I had the pleasure of working with Rachel during the earliest days of Mana, as one of the first employees on the team. Rachel was a passionate and ambitious contributor right off the bat, spearheading extensive market research on our core product in development at the time: the ManaPortal. Her insights and recommendations led to new product features and tightened the overall user experience. With our product in solid launch form, Rachel dove into establishing the ManaPortal product marketing,brand marketing and PR for Mana. Rachel’s flexible and ambitious work ethic as well as her capabilities in cross-functional collaboration were essential to rallying many parties,including the leadership team, together to accomplish key business goals. Rachel’s work has continued to pay dividends long past her tenure here, and I have only optimistic predictions for her career trajectory

Rachel has been an incredible partner in helping build the mobile marketing automation platform at OysterLabs. She initially began helping us refine requirements using her own marketing analytics experience from prior roles, and then jumped into the role as a product director when we had a need there. She dove in without hesitation, learning agile methodology and rocking out scrum calls with overseas development teams in the early hours of the day. On top of this she is a pleasure to have on the team, as she brings a positive, team-oriented attitude that allows her to lead by example.
