  I’m currently a director of ATSCALE, supporting the transformation of primary care, building resilience and sustainability. We accelerate at scale working in general practice, undertake efficiency and cost saving projects and help develop the capacity of general practice, GP federations and commissioners. We do this through our ATSCALE Accelerator (ASA). The ASA is already supporting the delivery of at scale working to GP practices within CCG-wide primary care transformation programmes — including a merged practice covering more than 140,000 patients in one of the largest CCGs in England. The ASA helps GP practices implement their project and helps the CCG to ensure it happens. Our team has more than 20 years of experience of working with UK health and public services delivering business improvement, shared working and cost efficiencies. We operate across the UK and have a track record of success in delivering projects and programmes in health, new models of care and at scale working.
