Studied the effects of morphine on recovery of function after spinal cord injury and osteopenia in a mouse model of spinal cord injury: effects of age, sex, and motor function. Performed rodent husbandry, data entry and analysis, spinal cord sectioning, and depressive-like behavior testing. Perfected wet lab techniques: immunohistochemistry, ELISA, MACS, flow cytometry and gel electrophoresis.
