  I worked on all systems and processes of the MINI line of vehicles from preparing the vehicles for delivery to diagnosing all systems of the vehicles. Diagnosing and troubleshooting bring me the most satisfaction in the work place. I loved every opportunity that I had to interact with my customers, whether it was checking something like oil on their vehicle or showing them the cause of their concern. One of my favorite things about this work environment was having continued opportunity to further my education on this line of vehicles. Show less
