  My experience of working within a Spanish primary school setting has been equally challenging and rewarding. Working in a classroom setting in a different country has allowed for an insight into various methods of teaching. My role consists of:- Assisting various teachers with the delivery of the English and Natural Sciences curriculum. - Working with a variety of teachers and different classes and collaborating with different departments - Working 1:1 with students that need additional assistance- Using the interactive whiteboard to develop and review students levels of understanding

  I have continuously motivated myself to achieve high standardswithin my work. This would require quick thinking and theability to problem-solve in order to ensure each party or customershad both sufficient time and space to eat while ensuring they weretreated well and had an enjoyable dining experience. It alsorequired me to motivate the front of house team to work together toachieve this and communicate with the kitchen staff clearly. It was extremely hard work as it was such a busy restaurant ran with a small amount of staff.
