Rachel's technical skills in developing and implementing on-line curricula and courses at the university level are without question impressive, but her real strength is in her ability to lead development and delivery teams in the production of one of the highest quality learning environments I have seen or in which I have participated. Her skills in organization, time management, communication, and working with a diverse group of people makes her invaluable as either a leader or a team member. Although her title is Sr. Instructional Designer, her responsibilities and capabilities far exceed that role...Rachel manages both new course development and administration of existing courses at the institution level and is key to the quality of the entire on-line program. Her work ethic and congenial personality make working with Rachel a pleasure.

It gave me immense pleasure working with Rachel and developing an engaging project for - Roads and Transport Authority for Dubai (RTA). I found Rachel always communicative and considerate to adapt the innovative ideas to make the content interactive and attractive with engaging visuals. She worked as the project manager and demonstrated excellent leadership skills and morale.
