I oversee the Fore's grant-making programme. The Fore is the only open-access funder in the UK offering development funding and strategic support to early-stage charities and social enterprises, regardless of their location or sector, and I head the team of grant assessors who are out there looking hungrily for the best and brightest of the UK's small not-for-profit organisations to support. As we grow, I also lead on designing and implementing the organisational structures and processes that will enable us to operate efficiently at scale. If you would like to stay abreast of the dates of our three annual funding rounds, please follow us on Twitter @theforetrust.

I worked closely with the CEO of Teach First, advising him and the rest of the Executive Committee on strategic decisions and getting under the skin of the day-to-day management of the charity, to acquire and maintain comprehensive, up-to-date understanding across departments and activities so I can spot issues and then drive solutions. During my time at Teach First, I also led execution and delivery of Teach First's first large campaign, "Challenge the Impossible," which combined a range of online and offline calls to action aimed at increasing social mobility among young people in disadvantaged communities.
