Bio
Eric Barrett
I had Rachel as a student in my Organizational Psychology Seminar at Xavier University. Two things stand out about my time with Rachel: First, she was always willing to push against the status quo as a way to better understand the material. Secondly, she was always engaged. Both of which I fully appreciate as a professor. As an Organizational Psychologist, one of the biggest challenges I see are employees who sit back and passively wait for the work to come to them. In the current world this is a recipe for disaster. Today employees need to be proactive and willing to challenge old habits - in this, I fully believe Rachel will excel.
