Rachel brings a lively warm personality with a strong work ethic. She is very thorough; ensuring all details of the job are discussed prior to commencement of work and is flexible to changing conditions. For many years Rachel was tasked with producing our quarterly magazine which included items on our power station, staff and our companies' participation in local charity projects. Rachel attended the majority of these events in a photographic capacity and was always ready with helpful advice. She also arranged the distribution of this magazine to current and retired staff plus stakeholders. Rachel is professional in her work and accomplished in the finished product and the first person you think of to record those important occassions.

I provide a bespoke service to my clients through my resourceful and "can do" attitude. I cover a multitude of skills such as communication, stakeholder liaison, copy writing, event organising, educational programmes, photography, networking, safety campaigns. With limited numbers in companies I help to provide an extra pair of willing hands and can be relied upon to deliver. Adaptable and willing, I am available for any size project and can provide a wide range of skills. Based in South Wales but can travel.

I am still working in this role. I support vulnerable adults with their finances. I work with them to help integrate them into society and help budget their funds.

I supported a six-month project with service users at this charity that provides financial support to vulnerable adults. My role was to engage with volunteers to enhance their skills and develop their confidence. Working part time, we organised and delivered a successful event that promoted the charity and invited the Lord Mayor of Cardiff, Andrew RT Davies AM, Mark Drakeford AM and Cardiff councillors as well as trustees and potential new funders.

I worked in the finance sector in a bank inbound call centre in conjunction with my self-employed role. From initial customer service I progressed to quality assurance. This meant listening to calls and ensuring they were accurate, provided excellent customer service and legal. Within this role I provided feedback, coaching and support to the whole team. Although a reduced hours post I gave 100% and was presented with awards for my knowledge and team ethic. I also successfully completed my Institute of Financial Services Level 3 Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice.

This family team produced in-house newspapers across the UK, Europe and Asia. My role was to complete all tasks required to facilitate the production of these. When I started, computers were in their infancy and I learnt to typeset on photographic paper, progressing to desk top publishing. Typesetting was completed in English, French, Polish, Italian and, with help - Chinese! I completed all the office tasks including accounts and travel arrangements. I had my own clients and worked closely with them to produce bespoke in-house newspapers. This experience and wide-range of tasks enabled me to progress to become self-employed in 1999.
