I worked as a bar staff member at the University of Surrey's Student Union club, Rubix. This was a pressured work-environment with quick sales and important team work. I used initiative in times of conflict-resolution, and adapted to the late working environment. After a few months, I got promoted as a Supervisor and worked to lead teams on shifts. I allocated job roles to staff members at the bar and ensured stocks were refilled. At the end of the shifts, I would ensure the bar was closed and kept in clean conditions, and at times be responsible for money handling before and after shifts.
