  In this role I was part of the Informatics Lab, an R&D team with a remit to explore new ideas and research directions, as a Senior Research Scientist with a specialism in machine learning, applied mathematics and statistics. Projects included super-resolution of weather fields, short-term rainfall forecasting, and causal analysis of climate indices.
