Attend and support Staff Attorneys and Trustee at 341 hearings, confirmation hearings and miscellaneous hearings weekly. • Responsible for post confirmation/post claims bar date audit, and periodic audit and plan modification, plan payoff audit of all cases. Responsible for closing audit for completed cases and subsequent administrative closing and preparation of cases for processing of Notice of Completion. • Responsible for direct contact with debtors, debtor attorneys, creditors and creditor attorneys via regular mail, phone and electronic communication for confirmed case issues such as: periodic report audit letters, disbursement issues, debtor annual reports, court hearings and case completion issues. • Requires the ability to work within short deadlines and handle multiple caseload deadlines.
