In the role as childcare volunteer, Rachel took on not only childcare tasks, but also administrative and programming tasks with ease. She built safe and meaningful relationships with each child in her care, while engaging in trauma-informed interventions when facilitating activities with them. Often, children served at Between Friends would ask for Rachel and looked forward to spending time with her at the agency. Rachel is incredibly dependable, creative and would make a great addition to any team. She was a valued member of ours.
