Our team look after the bespoke online campaigns for clients to include trafficking, optimisation and reporting on individual campaigns. My main role objective is to manage live campaigns to achieve optimum results. We work closely with the sales teams, monitor bookings regularly and keep in touch with updates or issues. I currently look after 2 out of the 7 publishing units across the entire group. Each day I prioritise my workload in order to meet daily deadlines and have also been involved with the launch of mobile adverts, tablet sponsorship adverts, the launch of the first responsive site for Johnston Press and the new launch for iNews which is the most recent group acquisition. My latest project has been the management and organisation of key data that will be used to target audience segments. I am also responsible for the training and development of new individuals to my team and have been seconded to other teams for this purpose during my time with Johnston Press. Previous to this role, I was a Senior Trafficker in the Delivery Team and have been promoted twice in order to reach my current position. I am part of the winning UK Ad Ops team of the year in 2013.
