  My job includes making sure the lodges and caravans are cleaned to a 5* standar, making sure it's A1 checking contract cleaners work, having a good eye to detail is important aswell, I also help customers check into there holiday homes making sure they are happy with the cleanliness of there holiday homes, and dealing with Problems when there is on. General chat to the customers making them feel welcome. To just having a chat with them, making sure the rooms were cleaned,and the beds were changed, I enjoyed giving attention to patients on a 1 on 1 basis aswell, loved hearing the stories, loved helping them do there day to day duties that they couldn't.
