Rachel Littlefield is one of the best localization professionals and the most amazing human being. She will always greet you with the biggest smile. She possesses an incredible amount of knowledge and skills and the genuine care she has for her clients and teammates is refreshing. She has incredible leadership skills and makes sure everyone feels comfortable and heard. She keeps calm in stressful situations and is always thinking three steps ahead, making sure to provide solutions and processes in order to achieve the best outcome. Working with Rachel and learning from her has been the highlight of my career so far; she is an incredible colleague and mentor. I know she will be an amazing collaborator and bring all her wonderful energy to any organization and role she takes on.

Before I really got to know Rachel professionally I mostly got to overhear her conversations with clients and other project managers calmly, patiently and competently explaining processes and reasoning. I could hear the incredible rapport she built with everyone. Rachel is someone who learns everything about everything in an effort to be sure to apply the most efficient and effective workflow and process, and consequently she is a key player on any team. Rachel and I worked on different teams who were both adopting the use of a new in-house tool. She became sort of my backboard, someone to bounce an idea off of when going through my team’s workflow and see what she did with it. Invariably she would find something I had overlooked, she was able to generalize even not knowing what exact needs my team had. If you’re looking for a detail-oriented person who can build a strong client relationship, become the backbone of any team, and help you when you overwater your desk plant, Rachel is the one you need!
