The Tesco Non Food growth strategy required a review of routines and structures and the recruitment and training of new staff to deliver the growth plan. Over a period of 4 years I took responsibility for the review of Non Food structures, I was involved in the training of Commercial in new ways of working and I managed the new staff recruitment drive to double the size of the Non Food team. I led a comprehensive new training and career progression exercise which included creating training courses with the University of Westminster.
