  I have now been in the Credit Coach role for just over 7 yearsMy current focus is the delivery of a 3 month Induction and Accreditation training programme for our new starters to both the Mobile Mortgage and Mortgage Adviser Distribution channels: these 2 areas make up Specialist Distribution. The training consists of elements of policy, process, products and systems all of which are required in order for them to carry out their role and fulfil the "expert" nature of the channel.I have also been heavily involved in the preparation, development and facilitation of classroom workshops, webinars and small group training on a range of different topics surrounding policy and process. Project work has also been a key component of my role; the main area being during our simplification period in 2012 where I was Lead on Learning for our specialist, mortgage lenders. I was responsible for making sure staff in our channel were trained and prepared for the cross over to one system and one bank. I am a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ANZ systems relating to mortgage assessment and the policy that works in conjunction with this. This has lead to my being called upon by other business units for my expertise in these fields when looking to improve/upgrade them.I am a Credit Coach to 40 Mobile Managers and their respective Support Teams across the North and South Island as well as assessors for the Mortgage Adviser channel - around 85 staff in total.My job has much variety and numerous challenges but can be measured by the great success that my respective teams have celebrated over the last 7 years.Constantly evolving and developing to meet the needs of an ever changing market; no 2 days are the same in my role.
