      Based in Dublin, I have been involved in projects in a wide range of industries including ports, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, transport and strategic planning.I have been involved in providing input to Environmental Impact Assessments in the areas of waste, sustainability, noise, air & climate and geology, as well as the co-ordination of studies and surveys and review of reports. I have also provided input to and co-ordinated the production of an EIA and Permit Application Package for the submission to the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.I have also been involved in the development of Environmental Management Systems in line with ISO 14001 requirements and in the development of an Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control (IPPC) licence review application for a large pharmaceutical facility. I was responsible for the updating of the Integrated Impact Assessment following consultation with statutory environmental bodies and the public. Included within the IIA were a Sustainability Assessment, SEA, Health Impact Assessment (HIA), Equalities Impact Assessment and a screening under the Habitats Regulations Assessment. I was also responsible for developing the HIA for the Ultra Low Emission Zone project – Transport for London. I assessed potential health impacts of the implementation of an ULEZ in Central London, fed into the overall development of an Integrated Impact Assessment for this project.I have also been involved as a Project Controller for a large framework and for several other projects, responsible for financial and programme management, project set up and administration using in-house management tools.I have experience in noise monitoring, surface water monitoring, groundwater monitoring, dust monitoring, contamination risk assessments, soils re-use in large excavation projects, waste management plan development, construction environmental management plan development and carbon calculation and reporting.
