I have been a hairstylist for 14 years. It is what has helped me earn my way through graduate school. I work making miracles on woman who want to feel beautiful and I have the gift to give. I owe my success to my loyal clients, because without them, there would be no scientist in me! I have been a hairstylist for 14 years. It is what has helped me earn my way through graduate school. I originally started pursuing my PhD. at Cleveland State University working under Dr. Mekki Bayachou. Our group works with nitric oxide synthases (NOS) of all types. I specifically worked on encapsulating Inducible NOSoxy, from the expression and amplification of the enzyme to the purification followed by the encapsulation of the enzyme into liposomes in which I prepared through thin film hydration and extrusion methods . Some characterization had been done by inverted microscope and UV-VIS. Show less
