  Reporting directly to the broker head, i am responsible for onboarding of new brokers, annual reviews, sales communication, claw backs, arrears and repayment holidays for customers currently in distress, for this area of the business. Quoting of hire purchase and op lease, of hard assets with liaison into credit and asset management if required, through to payout . Supporting the relationship directors with weekly meetings to review activity and contact strategy, in order to maximise volume opportunities,to achieve our target. Ongoing liaison with brokers, with reference to changes in operating model and issuing monthly rate calculators.
