Over the past year I was Rachel’s manager in the Human Resources Section at the Australia Council and I personally witnessed her professional development. She has made significant contributions not only to the Human Resources team but across the whole organisation. Rachel’s Human Resource knowledge has been constantly developing and she can give reliable information to employees about L&D, Remuneration & Benefits, and the Australia Council’s policies and procedures. Her technical knowledge and abilities have greatly improved our HR functions during her time her. Rachel was instrumental in moving many of our paper based forms online. This has helped continue the Australia Council’s efforts to reduce as much paper as possible and more importantly make the HR forms easier for employees to access and complete. Rachel showed great determination and was well liked across the Organisation.
