Rachel's company has been supplying catered meals to our company, lynda.com, for several years. She specializes in delicious, flavorful dishes that incorporate organic, local and non-processed foods. She has listened to our requests, adapted whenever asked, and is has kept to our request to provide no processed foods, local, organic and sustainable animal protein, as well as vegan, low-sodium and gluten-free options. We tried several companies before setting on hers and are happy, well-fed, and healthy customers! She is personally a dream to work with - very ethical and possesses extremely high standards. On top of it all, the recipes are tasty! Many less talented caterers when asked to create vegetarian, vegan, low-sodium, unprocessed or gluten-free come back with uninteresting, bland food. Main course gets it. Flavor and health. Yay!
