From the first time I interviewed Rachel for a role in my team I was struck by the genuine passion that she has for working in Marketing. She really understands the importance of putting the consumer first and the power of well thought out insight. In her time at Distell she has built on top of that strong commercial acumen which has delivered strong volume and profit growth in our spirits business. Rachel really is a woman of her word and ensures that projects are delivered in time and on budget. But probably more importantly Rachel is a real people person and has done a great job in inspiring and educating several young interns / graduates ensuring they become better people and skilled Marketeers. A pleasure to manage she listens and challenges in equal measure and constantly pushes herself to grow her passion for marketing

Rachel and I worked together at KP Snacks in 2013, where Rachel was Senior Brand Manager on 'Phileas Fogg'. During this time, Rachel stood out as an exceptional member of both my Team and the KP Snacks Marketing department. Rachel is a fast learner, she's bright, creative, business savvy, fast-paced and is great at both working closely with others and also autonomously with little guidance. At all times, Rachel is completely committed to delivering the results required on brief, whilst not being averse to constructively challenging the status quo. Rachel also possesses high emotional intelligence, and is keenly aware of how to identify, manage and deliver for key stakeholders whilst maintaining her own and her team's integrity. In a very short period of time, Rachel became both a highly valued and very popular person within KP Snacks. I would recommend Rachel to anyone looking for an intelligent, hard-working, creative, financially astute, highly professional and highly personable senior marketer – and if given the opportunity – I'd work with Rachel again in an instant!
