Through recruitment efforts at national theatre conferences, increased the number of member schools, managed the program`s first NEA Grant, presented the first award and PWC professional workshop opportunity to a student playwright at KCACTF in Washington DC. Re-designed program based on feedback from participating artists and schools. Coordinated Mentorships, Internships, Web Classes and PlayLabs Institutes that integrated NPOC into the Center`s existing membership program. Continued as PlayLabs Project Manager and Company Manager for staff travel and all visiting artists. Coordinated all Special Events at the Center.
