Supervises 8 graduate assistants working for the Rehabilitation Counselor Education and the Rehabilitation Addiction Counselor Education Programs, and provides programmatic, faculty, and department support. Responsible for monitoring and coordinating Rehabilitation Studies-related grants, including federal reporting activities and maintaining specialized database system for the recording and tracking of traineeships Identity relevant RFP’s that would benefit the program and submit proposals in a timely manner  Coordinate recruitment, promotional, and marketing strategies through social media, professional conferences, tabling events, networking, and community gatherings. Initiate and maintain a working relationship with local and non-local employers to ensure grant payback obligations among scholars are being met Management of the $2 million RSA Long-term Training grant awarded to the Rehabilitation Counselor Education Program and the Rehabilitation and Addiction Counselor Education Program Writing annual reports and filing federal grant reports Coordination of program events, trainings, activities, classes and workshops/conferences Coordinate and conduct graduate student interviews for two separate programs on campus to identify top candidates for each cohort Develops and creates policy, procedures, and forms to ensure day to day operation of the grant
