We have grown it from a mom-and-pop startup in our house to an eight-figure operation with a team of around 30 employees and a 24,000sf office/warehouse space. Our customer service is legendary and we've developed a packing method that gets our products to people quickly and safely with a memorable presentation. We care, and it shows. I'm particularly proud of our innovative website. We were the first to develop interactive tools to help fountain pen enthusiasts find their ideal products and we are constantly innovating to provide a top-notch experience that bridges the gap between the physical and the digital worlds. In 2018 I championed a successful re-platforming to Shopify Plus, including a full migration of legacy data, and am continuing to find new software and integrations to take our operations to the next level.
