      ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES and ACCOUNTABILITIES GENERAL DUTIES • Management of the Purchase Ledger, resolving any queries if required. • All aspects of Procurement Management – Including getting quotes, ordering and ensuring all items are delivered on-time to the correct sites • Management of DSCs fleets, including private cars and vans. • Holiday Boards for DSC Staff • Track all Plant on Hire across all sites • MID Reports • Fleet Insurance Reports • Bi-Annual License Checks on all DSC Employees who are responsible for a company vehicle • Managing Vehicle Leases • Issuing Purchase orders to DSC Employees • Acting as the PA to the executive team (including minute taking when necessary) • Ordering Office Stationery • Building relationships with Suppliers and Clients • Making Hotel Bookings when required • Using Spreadsheets to track all expenses • Tender write ups (NR, JD, All other jobs that require Tendering) RAIL SPECIFIC • Sentinel • RISQs • Sending Safety Bulletins, distributing to all DSC and Rail employees and recording them in IMS • Rail Audits (Both External and Internal) • All Rail Briefings • Co-Ordinating Medicals and D&As throughout the company • Investigating Rail based Accidents; tracking and analysing for trends • HR – In particular New Starters and the Rail Employees • Business Continuity – Ensuring all DSC employees are conforming to new standards when set • Monitoring Fatigue Management and all employees hours and submitting when required • Ensuring the Training Matrix and the Rail Matrix is kept up to date and all employees are competent • Pulling tenders off BRAVO and expressing interest when required • Ensure all jobs are monitored and are invoiced • Ensure Uniform and PPE are stocked • Procurement Management for getting materials and plant on sites when needed Show less
