I had the privilege of training Rachel when she started GTL as a Tier 1 agent. She quickly became one of the top trainees in my class by grasping the subject matter with ease. After completing my training course she showed great leadership by being an escalation point to the other Tier 1s in the department. It wasn't long before higher ups took notice and rapidly promoted her to Tier 2.

I am able to receive client phone calls regarding product or computer issues, then troubleshoot them accordingly. From the time the phone rings, to the closing of the call, my goal is to provide excellent service and a great customer experience. I work hard to provide the correct answer through my current knowledge, as well as by way of research. I work cases that come in through the portal or e-mail. Troubleshooting the issue, I provide the client with concise steps to resolve the issue, and confirm that it has worked. I work closely with our Development team in order to provide resolutions and fixes to client issues that arise. From the moment a case enters my possession, I follow through until I am sure the issue is resolved to the client's satisfaction. In early 2016, I led a project for the Product Support department with regards to Payments Hardware, for which I am a Subject Matter Expert. I created KCS (Knowledge Centered Support) articles, documentation, training materials, and gathered data to help improve our resolution of these issues. I helped the department increase resolutions by about 40%.I am currently being mentored by a member of our executive team in the Leadership Mentoring Program. Show less

Often deemed the "air traffic controller" of the company. Received phone calls from retail stores, warehouses, Customer Service, and delivery drivers. Troubleshot mobile devices (CN50's) and networking issues. I was an Administrator for the remote program AirWatch. Provided service to customers, help for co-workers, and ensured timely delivery of merchandise. Cross-trained sales associates monthly. Supervised about 300 employees daily. When the site began as TheAttorneyStore.com, I coded HTML and did some graphic design for the website. Once the site grew to GetLegal.com, I still wrote content, code, and designed images. From there, my job began to include IT duties. Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting end-user machines and peripherals such as printers, faxes, CPU's, and scanners.
