  At Next I help customers face to face, and via the telephone. In addition to this, in my role as Team Coach, I am a point of contact for my fellow staff members on Childrenswear and manage the running of the shop floor from time to time. I action daily checks necessary for the running of the sales floor and complete Range Plans to bring new clothing lines out, and merchandise this in a commercial manner. I also help check for Best Selling clothing lines and make sure they are merchandised in the best possible way. During the day, I am in charge of completing security checks, and sending any necessary information to head office. I have recently been nominated by my peers to become a Team Voice Representative, and I have been put forward by store management to potentially become an Apprentice Assessor for any future in-store apprentices.
