My vision is to create a culture of Learning and Development and position our business as an 'Employer of Choice' in order to attract, recruit, develop and retain the best talent at Faststream.My journey from Recruitment Consultant to Company Director started in 2000 when I joined the business as a Contract Recruitment Consultant in our Civil/Structural Engineering team. I was quickly promoted to Senior Consultant, Team Leader, Manager and then Company Director in 2005 where I continued to focus on building and developing sales people and teams as the business grew and expanded overseas. Since 2005, and following the official rebrand of Faststream Buildings & Infrastructure to FRAME Recruitment in 2015, my role has been to lead and be the company champion for 'developing people' across the Faststream Recruitment Group in a number of roles from HR, Internal Recruitment & Recruitment Management to Training and Leadership Development.The Faststream Recruitment Group was established in 1999, employs over 100 people and is a global people specialist in Shipping, Maritime and Offshore Oil and Gas recruitment. We operate from three key maritime locations in the EMEA, Asia-Pacific and Americas, servicing our customers, both candidates and clients, across the world.We source hard to find talent for clients and offer services including permanent recruitment, contract and interim recruitment, payroll services, executive search, and salary benchmarking surveys.Our foundations are built on thinking global and acting local. We have customers across the world and we know that not everyone is the same and should not be treated as such. People are at the heart of our business - we believe in looking after our employees, candidates and clients.We focus on specialist sectors to ensure our knowledge and expertise cannot be beaten, including Shore-based Maritime & Shipping Jobs, Executive Search, Cruise Jobs, Superyacht Jobs, Seagoing Jobs and Oil & Gas Jobs.
