  This newly redefined role is responsible for the day to day management of the "Revised Term" function for the Lifebroker business. Revised terms is a support function for the sales and administration when it comes to occupational/medical and pastime pre-assessments. The role also requires a strong focus on the education of the staff to give them insights and knowledge on the industry decisions and any changes from exclusions to loading's. I liaise with our underwriting partners as the role entails reviewing decisions from the insurers we deal with and seeing if that is the "best" outcome for our customer.
