Rachel is a passionate educator, team builder and leader and a lifelong learner - making her an exceptional model for the students, staff and team members she works with. Rachel is thorough, detailed, enthusiastic, committed, open and enthusiastic about new ideas, new information and ensuring that both students and colleagues feel and are heard, seen, understood and get the answers and support they need. She is a team player and a great leader simultaneously which makes her a phenomenal colleague and a well-respected boss. Rachel excels at thorough, approachable communication with youth and administration both, and is a delight to have as a co-worker.
