She is highly skilled at developping sales people in particular but I believe she would be just as effective leading other teams as well. She has a rare talent for hiring and developing diverse teams where individual team members complement each other. She also excells at creating team cohesion and overall bringing out the best in people. Rachel is truly passionate about making teams and an organisation thrive and this in turn has allowed her to consistently exceed business objectives as well.
