I have had the pleasure of working with Rachel over the past year at TXU Energy. Rachel is so sharp and works diligently on juggling many different projects at once all with a laser focus and impeccable quality results. Rachel was a tremendous help and resource for me when starting at TXU Energy. She not only knows the history of the company backward and forward, but has an uncanny way of applying what she knows about digital marketing and legal requirements to such a niche industry. Rachel manages social, ratings and reviews platform and coordinates with various teams throughout the building including Search, IT, Digital Media, Media Relations, Customer Care/Operations, Legal and Product Marketing. She has some amazing skills in our CMS system and is a great teacher and trainer to help get others up to speed.
