  I work with teams across the organization to solve complex, global, marketing operations challenges. In this role, I seek to improve the current processes that impact the production of consistent, high-quality, compliant sales and marketing documents, including pitch books and client reviews, RFPs, and product literature. I help build a strong tactical foundation that supports an expansive and growing, global sales effort. I manage two teams, across 4 locations (Boston, Montreal, London, Bangalore). The teams manage 10,000+ content records that are used in RFPs and Presentations, and oversee the design production and compliance approval of branded marketing collateral. My role is a combination of driving daily business operations to meet short-term demands and influencing strategy for increased productivity, efficiency and long-term success.
