Throughout this first part, I will be integral in improving SMART. During the second part, I will go out into the field and conduct a SMART visit/training.

The People's Improv Theater-located in midtown NYC-pledged 100% of sales for green upgrades. The theater made an impressive first step by pledging $4,000 for new energy efficient windows.
