Sensée have been industry leaders in home and hybrid working for more than 18 years. We have over 1400 fully remote customer advisors that support our partnerships across the healthcare, travel, insurance, telecommunications and crisis support sectors. My role is to support the growth of the business by empowering and supporting our exceptional internal Talent team. Alongside this I am proud to lead the Support & Management recruitment for Sensée by identifying, introducing and promoting top talent in the organisation. With a strong culture and freedom to perform I have also supported the implementation of the new ATS, Harver and been able to contribute to our CI projects. Here at Sensée we believe in bringing work to people and not people to work. We are a very diverse workforce and I would welcome enquiries about our career opportunities. ** Please no recruitment agencies**

Together, we have completed key objectives to drive success. Full job analysis of all roles that include JD rewrite, assessment development (SJT), fully remote interviewing process throughout the pandemic and now permanently, manager training and support, and the implementation of Workday Recruit. This role included setting up a new warehouse in the Northwest at the height of the pandemic. I was the project lead and attended all interviews and directly supported hiring decisions with Hiring manager empowerment and people science tools.

Perpetual Partnerships are part of the Russell Taylor Group. A consultancy that supports SME’s with sourcing engineering talent. I had a varied role in the short time with them. Due to Covid 19 RTG made mass redundancies instead of utilising the furlough scheme. Talent searches I supported : - HR (Administration to HRBP) - Finance (Analysts to Director) - Talent (Resourcer to TABP) - Procurement (Administration to Director) - Supply Chain (Administration to Director) - Logistics (Operational to Director) As a solution driven person I offered my clients a range of options which included : - Retained Executive Search - Managed Service / Account Management - Contingency - Contract Recruitment - RPO transition services - Bench-marking and trend analysis

Procurement Manager

Oct 2005 - Nov 2009
Initally supported the Managing director with Adhoc tasks such as supporting procurement, stock take, QA and Sales. Reporting back detail for key business decisions to be made. Then progressed into a Procurement Manager role when the family business was sold to Grove industries. Responsible for a set line of products sourced from China and India. Monitoring sales reports, predicting trends and ordering accordingly. Autonomy to change supplier with support of QA to ensure we find the best aftermarket parts available. In my final 18 months Bearmach won an MOD contract that came with financial penalties if we did not supply. It was a fantastic opportunity to use my knowledge and skill to supply the front line with what was needed for the military vehicles. Parts included Chassis, windscreens, gearbox components, seals, washers, lift kits, snorkels, lighting and off road accessories.
