While I have been employed with Comforts of Home I was a caregiver for 5 years, towards the end I was promoted to Lead Caregiver. For 1 year I was the kitchen manager prepping for and serving 50 residents 3 meals a day, and for the last year I have been the Assistant Manager. While being the assistant manager I have gained more knowledge on the following: leadership skills, problem solving, communication, and critical thinking.
