Sitting in during interviews when intervention is needed. • Post, update and remove job ads from, recruitment portals and social networks. • Prepare HR-related reports as needed (management reports, departmental reports regarding employee pulse survey)• Address employee queries about benefits (annual health screening process, claims, password to their payslip and leaves modules, company events and etc. )• Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies (e.g. Annual Compliance Form etc) • Participate in organizing company events and careers days (Recruitment Fairs, Company Social Responsibility Activities)Milestones Achieved ✨I have spearheaded two CSR projects alongside my colleagues. Worked mainly on the distribution of marketing communications, budgeting, purchasing & post event closure. I was also focused on Employee Engagement Projects whereby i plan and coordinate events / initiatives. “Plaudit” is an initiative that I have been overseeing since the first week of my internship. It is a monthly recognition programme for employees to display their appreciation to their co- workers. I mainly work around processing the nominations with HR’s justification/comments, purchasing of rewards for employees and the marketing communications to employees.

Mar 2021 - Aug 2021
Grade: Pass with CommendationDuring my internship, I have gained practical knowledge and hands-on experience on how the Human Resource team of Alliance Healthcare Group operates and coordinates its activities in a company to ensure smooth running operations within the company.I am grateful to have been exposed in the core HR Functions which are the following:• Recruitment and selection• Employee Experience• Learning and development• Corporate Wellness• Employee Engagement• Employment Law• Payroll• HR Administrative TasksMilestones Achieved ⭐️ • For Recruitment & Selection, In my last month of internship, I managed to close 3 positions in my company. (Claims Executive, Provider Relations, Contact Centre Executive (SG & MYS) and Admin Operations Executive position). • As for Employee Engagement Activities, i managed to negotiate with the vendors for their corporate rate and lead time for our labour day gift as well as to communicating our expectations of the gift set and to review their gift proposals for us. I managed to negotiate with the vendor to give us a corporate discount. The vendor waived off 30% express fee for urgent orders as well as delivery fee upon our request. We successfully rolled out the another engagement project with 100% participation rate and ended it before the end of the month as we planned.• Employee Appreciation activities, nearly every month, there were employees who leverage this “praise” function to acknowledge their co-workers. In June, our HR team were nominated for being creative in coming up with employee’s engagement activities. There are many valuable learning points that I have reaped from the HR Professionals in my workplace. Be it developing professionally or personally, I am heartened to be a more confident individual who can take on more responsibility and succeed with a greater challenge.Overall, this training programme is a good learning opportunity for me.
