  Manages all aspects of the department's operations; includes: trainings, logistics, all legal challenges and providing legal support, procurement, fulfillment and replenishments of all supplies for the fleet. Oversees the Customer Service Department and communications to our cruise line partners regarding escalated claims. Oversees bi-weekly operations meetings for the company.Oversee all departmental budgeting and operational costs to ensure margin controls and forecasting when needed.Oversee recruitment efforts for the department.
